Ekplus8 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

To register and use ekplus8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
• You must register only one account only per person. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your online betting activities do not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Your ekplus8 account is for your personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or used by anyone else.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. ekplus8 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or misleading registration details provided by a member. You are responsible for keeping your ekplus8 account password secure and must notify ekplus8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Ekplus8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, through the following payment methods approved for the Malaysian market:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Digital Banking: DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other available FPX banks

Ekplus8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated in its respective promotion details. The following general principles apply to all ekplus8 bonuses and promotions:

• Every bonus received comes with a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is a multiple of the total deposit plus bonus amount, multiplied by the stated multiplier value.
• Ekplus8 welcome bonus up to RM 888 subject to a 30x rollover requirement on the bonus amount received, to be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• The 10% weekly cashback is calculated based on a member's net losses over a 7-calendar-day period and is credited every Monday.

• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless there is an evident technical error.
• If a sports match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned in full.

• Confirmed in-play (live betting) bets cannot be cancelled by a member once accepted by the ekplus8 system.

As an ekplus8 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to refrain from any of the following strictly prohibited actions:

• Multiple Account Ownership: Registering or operating more than one ekplus8 account is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the ekplus8 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activities is a serious criminal offence.
• Use of Third-Party Software: The use of bots, automation software, "robots", or any third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games, constitutes fraud.

• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

• Losses resulting from a member's own internet connection failure
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to keep their password secure

Ekplus8's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant liability claim.

Ekplus8 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without mandatory prior notice to members. However, ekplus8 will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address.
